I've been learning homebrew development in preparation for switch 2. As much as I dont want to give Nintendo money after these stunts, I can do more harm with a console than if I boycott.

Its crazy they can.force things on you for buying something. You can't force things on them bc you bought something from them. I'm thinking about sending a letter to them saying they have 30 days to jump thru 100 hoops or they agree to give me every game for free.

If you go to their website from a computer or phone. It says 30 days from the time of purchase to opt out.

They are not making me send mail to them and justify their terms when Nintendo fully well knows that I do not want forced arbitration already. There are many ways they could have figured out how I feel about such terms. I am pretty sure that when I ask the questions to Nintendo's representative in court about "if they know if I would agree to forced arbitration" and "do I want forced arbitration", they would admit that I don't and I didn't send them a letter to make them seem right in court.
